1. Scope

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to orders the subject of which is advising companies, conducting workshops, coaching, training or lectures and brief presentations by Ralf Haake in relation to the preparation and implementation of business decisions and projects. The general terms and conditions are part of the contract when the order is placed. These terms and conditions also apply to future orders from the client.

1.2 The client's terms and conditions only apply if they have been agreed in writing.

1.3 Changes to the general terms and conditions will be communicated to the client at least 14 days in advance and published on Ralf Haake's website ( or If the client does not object within 14 days of receiving the notification, the changes are deemed to have been approved by the client.

2. Subject matter of the contract / scope of services

2.1 The subject of the order is Ralf Haake's advisory or training activity specified in the order. The consulting order comes into being upon acceptance of the service, through written or oral order confirmation or a separate contract.

3. Cancellation / changes to services

3.1 Ralf Haake is obliged to take into account requests for changes made by the client, provided that Ralf Haake can reasonably be expected to do so within the scope of his operational capacities, in particular with regard to the effort and time planning.

3.2 Insofar as the examination of the possibilities for change or the implementation of the desired changes affects the terms of the order, in particular the work of Ralf Haake or his schedule, an appropriate adjustment of the terms of the order will be made between Ralf Haake and the client.

3.3 Cancellations:

a. If the client cancels firmly agreed full-day or multi-day events (e.g. seminars, workshops and training days), Ralf Haake has the following entitlement:

  • From the conclusion of the contract 10% of the agreed fee plus the statutory value added tax.

  • Cancellation up to 10 working days before the start of 40% of the agreed fee plus statutory VAT.

  • Cancellation up to 5 working days before the start of 90% of the agreed fee plus statutory VAT. All-day events are events for which a duration of at least 6 net hours has been agreed. In the event of cancellation of individual participants, the client can fill the vacant space by naming and participating a substitute participant who is equally suitable and accepted by Ralf Haake.

b. If the client cancels fixed coaching appointments, Ralf Haake has the following entitlement:

  • Cancellation 5. on the 2nd working day before the agreed date 40% of the agreed fee plus the statutory value added tax.
  • Cancellation on the 1st working day before the agreed date and on the day of the agreed date 90% of the agreed fee plus statutory VAT.

The cancellation must be made in writing (by fax, email or letter). If the cancellation is made in a different way, the time of cancellation is the written confirmation from Ralf Haake.

3.4 The postponement of firmly agreed dates is only possible in coordination with Ralf Haake. If postponement is not possible, the conditions under 3.3 apply. described cancellation rules for the cancellation of a fixed appointment.

3.5 In the event that Ralf Haake cannot keep an appointment due to illness, Ralf Haake can replace it with another consultant in coordination with the client. If this is not possible, the agreed date will be postponed in coordination with the client.

3.6 In the event that the number of participants specified for a qualification measure offered by Ralf Haake does not come about in time, Ralf Haake is entitled to cancel the event if all payments already made by the participants are reimbursed. The cancellation is made in writing to the address or email address provided by the participant.

4. Remuneration / terms of payment

4.1 The fee for Ralf Haake's services is calculated based on the time actually spent on the work (time fee) or agreed in writing as a fixed price. In addition to the fee claim, Ralf Haake is entitled to reimbursement of expenses (including travel expenses). The costs for the creation of photo and / or result protocols are billed separately, unless otherwise B. has been agreed as an inclusive service.

4.2 All claims are due upon invoicing and are payable within 14 days of receipt of the invoice without deductions, stating the invoice number. The sales tax will be invoiced at the sales tax rate applicable at the time the service is provided and shown separately on the invoice. In the event of default in payment, Ralf Haake is entitled to charge default interest of 6% pa based on the invoice.

5. Confidentiality / data protection

5.1 Ralf Haake is indefinitely obliged to maintain secrecy towards third parties about all information or business and banking secrets of the client that are designated as confidential and not generally known and that become known to her in connection with the order. The client consents to the transfer of such information to third parties involved in the execution of the order.

5.2 Ralf Haake undertakes to oblige all persons employed to carry out the order in writing to comply with this regulation.

5.3 The information provided by the client may be used by Ralf Haake to process the order.

5.4 The client declares that he agrees that his data, which Ralf Haake provides in connection with the order, can be electronically saved by him.

5.5 The client agrees that Ralf Haake can name him as a reference customer.

5.6 The participants in qualification workshops or trainings agree that Ralf Haake can create a list of participants and send it to all participants at the beginning of the qualification in order to be able to initiate learning groups.

6. Liability

6.1 Ralf Haake is liable to the client, regardless of the legal reason, for damage caused by him intentionally or through gross negligence, in accordance with the statutory provisions.

6.2 Damage caused by slight negligence will only be reimbursed if it is a violation of an essential obligation (cardinal obligation or essential secondary obligation). In cases of a slightly negligent breach of an essential duty, the amount of liability is limited to the damage typical for comparable orders of this type, which was foreseeable when the order was placed or at the latest when the breach of duty was inspected, but at most to the amount of the order value. The sum of the claims for damages of all beneficiaries, which results from a single, temporally related, delimitable and insofar uniform service is considered an individual case of damage.

6.4 Contractual claims for damages by the client against Ralf Haake become statute-barred after one year from the occurrence of the claim.

7. Final provisions

7.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively to all claims arising from the order.

7.2 The place of jurisdiction for all services is Hamburg

7.3 Changes and additions to these terms and conditions or the order must be made in writing and must be expressly marked as such. This also applies to the lifting of the writing requirement. There are no side agreements.

7.4 Should one of the provisions be or become void, contestable or ineffective for any other reason, the remaining conditions shall remain in effect. In such a case, Ralf Haake and the client undertake to agree, instead of the void, contestable or ineffective provision, one that comes as close as possible to its intended purpose and guarantees a corresponding economic success. The same applies to incompleteness.

Please register using the registration form. Please fill out a separate registration for each seminar and each participant. You will receive a confirmation with an invoice or a waiting list notification from us within 2 weeks. Registrations will be processed in the order they are received.

Accommodation and catering:

Unless otherwise noted, the course fee includes drinks during breaks. Other food and drinks as well as the organization of accommodation and travel remain with the course participant.

Cancellation policy:

Please send your cancellation in writing to Ralf Haake Hamburg by post - an email is not enough. If you withdraw up to four weeks before the start of the seminar, we will charge a processing fee of 50.00 euros. If you cancel later, the full course fee has to be paid. If you name a replacement or someone moves on from the waiting list, you only pay the above rebooking fees. These rules apply regardless of the reason for the cancellation.


If an event has to be canceled due to insufficient number of participants or for an important reason, the paid course fee will be refunded. Further claims are excluded. We reserve the right to make reasonable deviations from the announced program. Entitlement to compensation in connection with the participation in the further training against the organizer exists only in case of intent and gross negligence. This also applies to vicarious agents and vicarious agents.

Data protection:

The participant declares his consent to the electronic storage of his emails and the address data included. Passing data to third parties is ruled out. The participant can request the correction or deletion of his data.
